Step 1: Channel setup
Google account → YouTube Studio → channel name + banner (Canva, AI-generated).
Step 2: First script
Prompt for ChatGPT:
Write an 8-minute script about [topic] for a German faceless YouTube video. Structure: hook, 3 main points, CTA.
Step 3: Audio & visuals
- ElevenLabs: export voiceover
- Pexels/Coverr: B-roll
- CapCut: sync + subtitles
Step 4: Upload
Title with main keyword, description with timestamps, 3 tags.
